I had a keratin treatment here, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The salon advertises special offers, but the pricing was not transparent and seemed to change throughout the process. The information given at the beginning was different from what I was told later, which felt misleading. The charges were extremely high—unbelievable for the quality of service provided. What was even more concerning was that the owner appeared to ask assistants to decide the rates, which honestly made me laugh and felt highly unprofessional. Overall, the service did not meet expectations and was not worth the money. I would not recommend this salon for any type of treatment.
